Well, and i would help these server by trieng to invite all my friends to it and do publicity of it to all the ppl i can and have at reach (as well as worldwide) and because now I have between 12 - 15 hours a day in which they could devote entirely to this server.

No, because I never had time, but it is not hard, just learn some basic commands and be fair to everyone.
